Hello!!
I wanted to introduce myself, as I have been a FirmBeliever, a FitPrimer, and now a member of WHFN!!
I am 40 years old married, and have 2 beautiful girls!!
It's hard to believe my older daughter isn't much younger that when I first did Susan Harris' pioneer video!!:eek:
Now I am watching both my girls absolutely FLOURISH into confident young ladies.
I remember struggling with poor body image, anorexia, and bulimia at that age. Queer as it sounds, I credit a great deal of my recovery to the Firm and their encouragement of a lean, strong, healthy--not SKINNY--woman.
Now, some 20 or so years later, I am strong, healthy, and lovin' life!!
I own and operate my own private training studio, GOODBODEEZ by Sharon, in beautiful Bucks County, PA. And, along with the physical training, mentor my clients psychologically, and spiritually as well.
TheFirm inspired me to attain my Masters Degree in Social Sciences and now I help those struggling with eating issues;with poor body image issues; and poor self-esteem.
Also, I earned MY Master Fitness Instructor Certification, so I feel that I can finally "give back"--hopefully, I will continue to instill in my clients the wonderful feeling of self-love; self-esteem; and love of life that they so rightfully deserve.
Now I can give back part of what was given to me many years ago.
