I've just rediscovered the Tri trainers - great workouts! All Weights, All Cardio, and Better Buns and Body, which has low repetition heavy weights for upper body and high repetition low weight work for lower body. I'm thinking of all kinds of rotations featuring different combos of just these workouts (with a few others thrown in for variety. Aren't they "pretty" workouts? The cast looks great and Anna really nailed the clothes and music. Three great instructors too. Oh my am I gushing? :D

Lisa,

The Tri-trainers are my second favorite FIRM set after BSS2.
I love the fact that they were good solid workouts and that they are only 45 minutes.

VERY pretty workouts! http://home.houston.rr.com/ourfamblie/thumbsup.gif

I have these, too. I just love them. They are just right - not too hard, not too easy - no dread factor (very much like the WHFNs!)

I still enjoy them to this day. All Cardio/Fat Blaster was always one that got me back to exercising after a slump. I enjoy all the cardio segments from it in the various "parts" videos as well. :)

I have two of the three and love to pull them out when I'm loosing motivation. Fat Blaster is wonderful for pure cardio. I would love another step/four limbed cardio from Anna. This workout shows you don't need high impact to get your heart rate up to where it needs to be. :D

I did Fat Blaster last night. I love this for a cardio routine. My heart was racing but it was worth it. I too love the cross trainers.
