I WANT TO HAVE MUSCLE LIKE kELI. DO I NEED TO DO SEPERATE WEIGHT TRAINING BESIDES THE VIDEOS TO DEVELOPE LARGER MUSCLES INSTEAD OF JUST TONING.oR DO I USE LARGER WEIGHTS WHEN I AM EXCERSING TO THE VIDEOS. :confused:

Wow... Well... It basically boils down to genetics (the biggie), our food program, the intensity of our workouts, and time. We'll never look like anyone else.... Some people exercise regularly and eat cleanly, and still don't necessarily have the definition of Keli. You might end up looking incredibly lean and defined, but you'll never know until you give your all and go for it. If you work hard consistently and eat cleanly, you'll be a healthier and stronger version of where ever you are right now, so I hope you go for it and find out your potential! Remember it takes time... Yes, if you're consistent, you'll begin to see results soon, but it's a life thang, and your body will continue to improve as you continue with your regime.

Tracy, I would suggest increasing your weights. What Apryl said is trued but increasing your weights will give better results. Where are Kelly's pictures? I would love to see them. Geneva
