I've lost my Firm rotation calendar and wondered if anyone can tell me which videos are which? I have some old calendars I had printed off the web I can use. I want to use the classics up through the Core Cardios.
I have one Fitprime and would like to know how to work those in as well. If I have all of the Firm classics and the first Fitprime weight tape, which would you buy next? I took a Yoga/Pilates class last month and loved it. I'm 46 and starting to need the flexibility and stretching exercises.
Happy to be back. Got the email from Anna two days too late to order the other originals as I guess many others did. :p
Thanks!
Amy

Hi, Amy! What is your question about the Firms exactly? Do you need help with the abbreviations for the workouts? If so, post any here, and I can help out.
I would use the Weights First FitPrime you have as a weights/sculpting or Lower Body Weights workout (it has such a strong lower body focus, though upper body is in there as well).
If you are enjoying flexibility training, you will love all the FPs and Kickbutts, because yoga is used throughout all of them, but it sounds as though Flex Posture might be right up your alley! You can't buy that individually on this site, though some of the retail sites have it paired with another workout I think? There are threads on the general board with that info.
Let me know if you have any other questions! :)

Thanks Jenn :)
I can't remember which Firm tapes are tortoises, hares, hearts, etc. I still haven't bought a few of the parts tapes.
Also if similar categorizations can be made of the Fitprime tapes.
Thanks for the recommendations. Time to go shopping :D

Old Firm Believer/newbie to this forum here. I did look for the answer to this question so if I have missed it, I'm truly sorry.
I have a question about the 2 'sets' : FitPrime and Kick Butt. Is it better to have both, say, start with FitPrime and move up the Kick Butt ~AND~ is there a rotation calendar incorporating both? Or maybe the 2 sets are designed to be alternated monthly by the calendars shown?
I had been contemplating purchasing The Firm System 3 until I read such negative reviews...that is how I came to find FitPrime! So now I'm thinking of purchasing the entire 12 vol set...but want to be able to know how to integrate both sets as I don't have time for 2 diff tapes each day (OR THE ENDURANCE! LOL).
Thank you.

Hi there! I'm sorry I didn't see your question earlier. The FitPrimes are probably a good precursor to the KickButts, which are supposed to be "harder." But both can be easily modified to be harder or easier, depending on weights used, etc. There isn't a rotation calendar up yet that incorporates the two sets, but I'm sure many of us, myself included will be happy to come up with some rotations, once we have the videos. I love designing rotations! :D I don't think you have to alternate the sets. How you use them can be completely up to you. :)

Jenn! I also would like to see a rotation calendar you design! You've got so much fitness knowledge in your head, I can't wait to see one when time affords you to create one. Can't wait for the workouts to ship so you can get to creating one for us! :)

I did go ahead and order all 12. I know I won't be able to 'hit the ground running,' but I'll work through the FitPrimes a couple of times before attempting the KickButt routines. I have printed out the calendars online here right now and look forward to seeing you design one incorporating both!
