I usually order ****** and don't always get to read the catalogue. That's great news!! Keli Roberts' new Timesaver workout series is also worth checking out.
I have the Upper Body and Core DVD and really like it when time is short or I want to do both a DVD and a run or bike ride. The Lower Body one hasn't yet been released.

I've been doing more of the original FP,TLT and JARI LOVE. I just don't like WHFN like I do the others. Even the older Firm tapes are still more of a challenge for me than these. Sorry 'bout that. It really takes a lot to shake my body up to just loose inches! Jari Love will take you out of your plateau. If you want a serious challenge, she's tough. Beadaddict:)

Sorry, I have all the WHFNs and I love them.
OTOH, I'm thinking of giving away the Jari Love workouts. Talking about BOOOORING--like watching paint dry;)

Glad you like WHFN. I don't dislike them I just don't think they are a challenge for me, even when I'm rusty. I need to put a lot of pressure on my body to shake it up. Jari Love's stuff is a bit more serious instead of fun. I like a challenge and muscle confusion, and I get that when I mix all of my tapes up. I just bought her new RIPPED AND CHISELED, I like all the reps. ;) BTW what is OTOH?

I just found Jari's "Slim and Lean" at Target- of all places!! I haven't tried it yet but if I do it and like it, I may get the new one as well.
I agree with you B, that the older Firms were tougher. But what I found out was that ,for myself anyway, the combo of the weights plus pilates and yoga seems to work best. I always tended to bulk up whenever I did a full rotation of 100 percent older Firms. Since Jari Love is high rep-lower weights, her videos may have a similar effect on me also.

This was the first one I bought and got hooked immediately on her no nonsense routine. I immediately purchased all of them, AND they are all a challenge. I haven't mastered any of them, but I can get through them. My favorite is RIPPED 1000 which you will have burned 1,000 calories after doing this one & it's tough. I hope you like it, just for a change and a new form of "muscle confusion". I will always be a Firm Believer and I have many of those videos, but sometimes you want to step outside the box. I just needed more, even though I continue to struggle with my weight due to menopause and that "set factor" we all get as we age. Thanks for the positive response. Beadaddict ;) :p
