Greetings!
The smart balls are a surprising hit. Orders are popular! (I searched for years to find the appropriate tool, and these are delightful!) I think the most important thing is to keep track of the results we seek.
Advanced mastery takes time. All of a sudden, after years of practice, I suddenly ‘got it’. A Kundalini* yoga instructor friend told me the surprise of inner ‘awakening’ was common. So do not despair if you cannot immediately identify the full range of activity.
Also, not just something for women of a ‘certain age’; this is an ageless concept. Take advantage of these sophisticated techniques when you are young enough to enjoy them. Why wait until adversity opens the door? EVERYONE can benefit.
I encourage all of you to allow the freedom to discuss the effectiveness of these techniques, as we improve. After many years of seeking the best, most efficient methods for results, I believe it is my responsibility as a health educator to introduce these ideas. Of course in this case, I know there is the associated risk of controversy, but I am experienced enough to venture forth with courage.
All best wishes,
AnnaVere
*Wikipedia: Kundalini according to various teachings is a type of "corporeal energy". Kundalini in Sanskrit literally means either "coiled up" or "coiling like a snake." There are a number of English renderings of the term, such as 'serpent power'. Kundalini is envisioned as a serpent coiled at the base of the spine.
