I am really happy to have this on DVD. And I love the fact that it is CHAPTERED!!!.:o
I have Body Sculpting Basic and Time Crunch Workout on DVD as well, but they are not chaptered. While I am happy to have these two on DVD, I don't understand the purpose of putting a workout on DVD and not taking advantage of benefits that DVDs offer.
Thanks Anna.

I got mine too! It's so crisp and clear. I mentioned that I had created a chaptered back-up DVD but would buy professionally chapter DVDs (better clarity) and I did...and will NEVER give up my Boomer's DVD...I still have my original VHS, plus a back-up VHS I bought because I thought I would overuse the original http://www.fitnessfavorites.com/board/images/smilies/redface.gif

Anna always does great work. I had no doubt that is workout would be as visually stunning as her WHFN productions. I hope the industry sits up and takes notice of how a dvd should be put together.
Thank you Anna! :D

I got my Boomers DVD too and am in heaven to have my favorite workout on a chaptered DVD. I think its my favorite because there are no pushups or lunges.
Thank you Anna!!! I have already ordered classic volumes 2 and 3 and tortoise and hare. How many more workouts will you put on DVD, and have you decided which ones?

Vo 6 was never my favorite Firm, so I didn't preorder.
So I just ended up ordering it yesterday and I can't wait to get it.
I'm falling in love with the Firm Classics all over again!

I think out of the original 6, my favorite was Vol 4 Time Crunch Workout. I think I like the workout because it was short and to the point. Although at 52 minutes, Vol 6 wasn't bad. Vol 3 was the one I feared. I thought it was the hardest. And Vol 2, I thought the reps and/or sets went on forever.
It has been a couple of years since I have done all six. So I need to do them again to see if I feel the same way.
I am hoping that Anna will put Vol 5 on DVD as well.

Saundra, Time Crunch V4 sneaks up on ya, the next thing you know, you are drenched in sweat. Reminds me a lot of Dale's Power Cardio. That one packs alot in as well.
V3 has the leg presses and Sandhl's famous grunt, which cracks me up. That is a great leg/glutus maximus workout!
Rhbrand, you are right, The Classics are making me fall in love....
According to Firm Yayas, they did a poll, to see which one next, the most overwhelming response was Cardio Step Mix. That is a good one, and I think most of the cardios. I would like to see Ballroom Aerobics (who needs Hip Hop Abs) and Tough Tape 1.
V2 I realized is high rep low weights. Which can fit in a Jari Love Rotation. The heaviest I lifted was the lat row segament. The squats and shoulders I did around 8lbs minus the squats. That one was before its time for sure. In a way it almost has a BodyPump feel with Anna's touch.
V5 is my favorite for a quick cardio with legs/glutus maximus/abs routine.
The Firm Yayas had a poll, and that Cardio Step Mix is the most popular followed by most of the cardios. I would like to see Tough Tape 1 as well as Ballroom Aerobics (who needs Hip Hop Abs, when we can Ballroom and perhaps get chance to stardom with "Dancing With The Stars :) ).
Whatever one Anna does next, it will be great! I can't wait!

Of the original 6, Vol 6 is my absolute fave, then Vol 4, then Vol 3, hmm, Vol 1 but the leg segment is so brutal http://www.fitnessfavorites.com/board/images/smilies/redface.gif, Vol 2 and finally Vol 5.
I've pre-ordered everything and can't wait to get Vol 3, Tortoise and Hare.

Yep, Volume 1, Volume 3 has great leg workouts. Think spaghetti when you finish. :-}Another tough for one me is Tough Tape 1 with Tracie Long. I did Tracie's Sculpted Legs, Hips and Abs when I had bunion surgery since I couldn't be on my feet. Plus they were same exercises that I had to do when I came home.
Also Fitprime with Susan Harris has a tough leg workout! The Firm Cardio or Strength, I get those mixed up, with Heidi Tanner has tough workout. Especially when you add the ankle weights. Sculpted Legs, OMG, and those last set of hover squats, make me scream uncle everytime.
I don't think there are any other workouts that will give you Marilyn Monroe legs and ****. Even Dave remarked my behind was lifted. And I am flat as a pancake!

Vol 5 focuses on the legs and glutes too. I am definately hoping Anna puts this on her convert to DVD list. Then I will all the Classics on DVD. :) Although Vol 1 and Vol 4 aren't chaptered. But that's not Anna's doing.

I like this one and it has cardio in it. When I was doin' the Jari rotation, I really missed the leg presses...I know it is a love/hate relationship. So I would do this one for cardio.
For some reason, I thought V1 and V4 were chaptered. Come to think of it, I think the only chaptered new Firms are the pinkies. Perhaps a few parts like Super Sculpting or Cardio. I am not sure. I still have most of the Anna Benson Firms on vhs.
On to watch the USC/Vandy game, USC is up by 10.
