Hi everyone:

I am trying to do all my ab work on the wedge I purchased with Indeprime. Do you modify ab work from other workouts to incorporate the wedge? If so, what do you do? For example, tonight I did vol 6 and had a hard time doing reverse crunches on the wedge I spend more time holding onto the wedge to stop myself from slipping than the reverse crunches.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Workout Partners:

The secret to preventing 'slip' is to engage the entire core. Push down into the foam with the back throughout the entire exercise. With practice your core will become stronger and you will stay in position. Core development is one of the primary advantages of the wedge.

Your alignment is also important. Make sure your torso is straight, shoulders level. Also, assume the initial position on the wedge as demonstrated in the workout.

Beginners can place the arms behind the head over the top edge and press the forearms into the back side of the wedge to stay in position.

Good luck!
