For me, TCM, FB, BA so far. I just got my HRM so I'm still testing videos :D . Maybe your suggestions will save me some work!

What about CC1 and CC2?? I've never done aerobic base training but I think these two tapes keep you in that zone for 40 min.

They are very anaerobic for me - but I haven't tested them with modifications yet. I can do some lunges and tall box climbs without weights and stay in the zone if there aren't too many of them. Plyos send me right out of the zone too.

If anyone with a HRM is able to do CC1 and/or CC2 and stay in the zone, let us know!

Today's surprise was that TBSM kept me right in the zone for 40 minutes! FC is another one that kept me consistently in the zone, which I found funny because of the debates over the years as to whether it is truly aerobic.

Suprisingly enough, I did CC2 about 2 weeks ago and was able to stay under 150. I think that may have had something to do with Cathe's Imax 2 and BootCamp workouts! CC2 seemed less intense for me.

what about g force? I like to use it as a cardio tape. Ijust skip the weight segments. But to keep your hr up for the 40 minutes you might want to do the leg portions of weighted exercises. Don't use the hand weights and it should keep you at a good hr. Believe it or not but if you walk or jog a bit before doing a bryan kest power yoga video I can keep my hr at about 120 but not sure if I can for 40 minutes. But about 30 minutes if I count about 10 minutes of pre exercise like jumping around on my rebounder. HOpe these help you some.
