In Dec. I was doing one of The FIRM vidoes and I fell off the 8" portion of the FL and broke my wrist. :( Three months off of work, surgery, tons of pain and now I'm trying to get back into it but I am afraid to get on an aerobic platform again. That was the first and please God the last time I've ever fallen working out. Does anyone know whether the new WHFN DVDs do a lot of aerobics off a high step? I can't tell from the clips. Thanks.

I'm so sorry to hear about your accident! I totally understand about being nervous to get back on that 8" step. FitPrime/WHFN uses a 14" step in their workouts. But you wouldn't be doing step aerobics off it. So, I would like to think that you would be pretty safe. Hope that helps!

Ouch! Sorry to hear about your injury. I did the exact same thing 4 years ago doing Firm vol 5  two surgeries, therapy the whole painful bit. I have never done that workout again. I was banned from using any steps by my husband for a long time. I now only use the short 6" step for aerobic segments and really keep an eye on where my feet are, so far no more tripping.
I am guessing that there will not be much more tall box aerobics then in past Fitprime workouts, and that is not much. Mostly slow stepping, except for a few routines. I always use my wooden step for Fitprimes, it seems more steady then the Firm stacking step. And there are some things that I don't do if they don't feel safe to me, like quick straddles, that is what got me on the short step  . With the chaptered DVD's it would also be pretty easy to skip over anything that makes you nervious :) .
Goodluck, glad to see your not going to let your injury slow you down :D

I want to say I'm sorry you had that experience and hope you are fully recovered and healed. I'm sure we'll be able to give you more info about the workouts after they ship and we've seen them all.
