I did my 6th workout this morning, and I've lost 2.4 pounds! I've done all the FitPrimes once each, in the order of the rotation that came with the DVDs. I'm sure there's some water weight fluctuatation in there, but I'm still very happy since my scale has been stuck for quite a while. Plus, I ate way too much of my kids' Easter candy and other treats this week. I can't wait to see how I'll do if I clean up my eating habits!

Way to go Nancy! I just got a couple of the Kickbutts off a swap. I am new to them but do mostly Cathe. I hear such good things and previewed them. They look great. Please keep us updated on your progress!:D

Nancy, That's awesome :D I am so happy for you. I know what it feels like to see that scale workin in your favor!

I too have been doing the Kickbutts for a week now and have lost some as well. I am even seeing improvement already in my strength and balance. These workouts are fabulous and so well balanced when done by the rotation calendar. I hope to hear more from you as the weeks go by. Keep posting and let us all share in your successes.

That is awesome Nancy! I had been focusing on long cardio workouts (trying to drop some poundage here:( ), but since I've received the 12-pack, I've done little else. I hope to get some great results too!

Harper dear, I love your new photo (you little hottie, you;) )!

Thanks for all the encouraging feedback. Here's a quick update - I completed the FitPrime rotation calendar (did the month in 3 weeks by working out 6x/week) and am now halfway through my first week of KickButts. My "fat jeans" are easy to get on right after my shower, and too loose in the afternoon (this is an improvement, as I really should have gone up a size but just couldn't bring myself to buy them). I just tried on the next size down, and I can actually zip them - they're not comfortable, but I can zip them. I've also noticed that my legs and arms seem tighter - less flabby, more definition. I can actually flex my quadricep and see it now! I'm feeling stronger, more confident and more energetic, and somehow my complexion is better too. These workouts rock! Another huge benefit is stress reduction - handling stress better means I'm not overreacting when my kids act up. I still have a long way to go, but I wanted to stop and thank Anna & Co. for the results so far.

...stress reduction/mood improvement - this may be the best benefit of all. I love the way I after a workout or gardening and yardwork. :)
