What would you say are the top 3 toughest workouts of the 12 KickButt/FitPrime workouts? I'm looking the most intense cardio & strength training.

I don't have all of the workouts but from reading reviews I'm guessing folks will vote:

1) KB Strong Bear
2) KB Push-Pull
3) KB Steamin' Cardio

What's your vote?

I wouldn't call any of them tough. They are very nice workouts, but definitely for my lighter days.

I agree with your top 3. I wouldn't consider any of them a light day tape for me, and I've exercised most of my life. :)

Of the three you mentioned, I have done the last two and did not find either of them tough; I'm not saying this in a "bad" way, I'm just saying it by how I felt.

I think Strong Bear is challenging; however, I don't find any of the rest overly difficult, even with heavier weights. I think the cardio sections are too easy, however large I make the movements, I can't stay in my training zone.
