Greetings Workout Partners!
Word has reached our office about ‘no shrink-wrap’ and ‘fingerprints’ on our DVDs! We will definitely have to get our packer to wear at least one white glove! If you find a fingerprint on your DVD, take a soft cloth and wipe it off.

In addition to saving a few pennies, we do not shrink-wrap our product to reduce environmental pollution. Did you know there is visible plastic in all of the oceans of the world, even at the North Pole? If you live in a neighborhood free of unsightly plastic trash, you are lucky!

We are a small American company doing our best to keep overhead low enough to stay in business. After all, most jobs are now overseas because wages and costs are lower. Many thanks for your observations. We will do all in our power to improve quality control.
