I ordered several of the cassette tapes and they arrived yesterday. We forgot to check the mailbox, so we just found them tonight. After bringing them in and letting them warm up a spell, I pulled out my old tape deck.

I am sitting here with a smile on my face. I'm listening to Volume 1 and it just makes me smile. The music just instantly puts me in a good mood. I can't wait to test out all the other tapes.

I'm going to have to look and see if I have my old tape walkman. I can picture myself going for walks with the music tapes and running on the rebouner with these. They have such a good beat.

I will say that what I'm listening to right now sounds weird, not hearing Susan!

Y'all are so welcome. I listened to the music while going to FL this summer. Anna had great taste in music selections.

I do have the walking tapes and feel kinda of dorky walking around in the neighborhood with doing weighted workouts! LOL I guess one could also use these with treadmill.

I did the Abs cassette when I was pregant to strengthen my core in the 1st trimester.

Jo I am so happy you are enjoying the cassettes! And thanks for complilment. I had to save these from the trash bin! Anna was about to throw all of these away 2 summers ago! Phew!
