We have mailed off Masters to Replicators, which is the good news. However, they are requesting more information on these workouts which we will mail off today, Monday Jan 25. We do apologize for the constant delay on GForce 2, Indeprime and Rootlock.

We have also mailed off Masters for "Strong Bear" with Tracie Long, which we to re-stock and sale.

My question is: anyone is interested in Core 1st on dvd?

What about "Ground Up" with Heidi Tanner. I am thinking these might be 2 possibilites to put on dvd in the future. Thanks for your input!

Yep - I'm still using my VHS version of FTGU, so a DVD of the original would be great!

I agree - I, too, would buy Firm. Vol. 5 with Lareine Chabut on DVD.

Isn't FTGU almost the same workout as Push/Pull??

I think you are correct that Push Pull was based on FTGU. However, some prefer the original FTGU to the WHFN version of the workout. FTGU was released on DVD with Crunch Time as part of the Mix and Match version, but I don't believe that is available any more.

Yes FTGU was released with Crunch Time,to Mix and Match. It is not available anymore.
