Why are there two different sets? What makes them different if they both incorporate the same types of exercises, i.e. pilates, yoga, strenght, cardio.

The KickButt set are remakes of the original FitPrime workouts with more 'fitness fusion', they are harder than then new FitPrimes and have a bit more impact.

Here are the calendar descriptions:

FitPrime
All new combinations
improve posture with Vinyasa (flow) yoga
low impact cardio with no fancy footwork
special weight exercises are easy on the knees and back
powerhouse pilates
mix & match with more cross training options

KickButt
all new combinations
giant weight super sets
Astnga (power) yoga creates a lean and lithe look
powerhouse pilates
innovative cardio makes fatt burning fun
mix & match with more cross training options

hope that helps

from what you wrote, I like the kick butt. That's what I ordered. Hope it's also gentle on the knees. I'm sick of my knees hurting trying to get in shape.

I know what you mean about hurting your knees. Any of the impact moves can be easily modified, the only section I can remember that is more difficult is in Crunch Time, there is a hopscotch move that I sometimes march or prance through (I'm currently doing the FitPrime calendar)

TYTBody:

I have a left knee problem. I used Strong Bear last night and some moves actually did hurt my knees. I modified some of the moves and I was fine. You don't have to do the exact same thing as the instructor. Do your own version of it. For example, in Strong Bear, the instructor did squats with one foot on the tall step. My left knee was screaming, so I did the squats on the floor with no step. It worked.

Great. I hope you all are here when My order comes in. Will be looking for modifcations that you have found that work and you are still getting a good work out. I have this p90 and it's terrible. just terrible. I can't see doing this boaring man, his stupid remarks and he's not even doing the exercise. I HATE THAT. Do the work man. To me he is not even a good instructor. but I won't rant about how mad I am at purchasing this waiting for a3 weeks for it to get here and then not liking it. Waist of a whole month that I could be working out. !!!!!
