Default Classics - Volume 1

I've done Volume 1 a couple times within the last week. Nothing like an old FIRM to remind me about muscles I'd forgotten about. It was really nice to have this on DVD with chapters. Nicely done.

Tried Vol. 4 yesterday. It wasn't a favorite of mine, but I liked it this time, except the parts where my arms were over my head on the step...a drawback with low ceilings. Anyway, happy to have it, but will have to remember this isn't a basement workout. Feeling nicely sore today.

Thanks again for the well done chaptering on the dvd.

I love the classics. I am not sure how to do a rotation. I only have a few, but I love them. I am starting a workout series after being absent for about 6 months. Any suggestions??

I always have trouble with that section of Volume 4 as well because my ceiling fan is right in front of my TV!!
