Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A. You may use your Visa & MasterCard. As identified on the
Shopping Cart, Pay Pal is another easy, convenient option. We also
accept checks or mail orders (See No. 8).

Q. I DO NOT LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES. CAN I ORDER YOUR WORKOUTS?
A. Currently Fitness Favorites ships to USA, Canada and UK.

Q. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED TO ME?
A. Orders from 1-3 DVDs are shipped via United States Postal Service
First Class Mail (delivery in 1-3 days).
B. Orders for 4 or more DVDs are shipped United States Postal Service
Media Mail (delivery in 2-9 business days).
C. Priority Mail for order of 4 or more DVDs is available by request
for an additional $5.00. Add request in 'Comments/Special Delivery
Instructions' order form box, and expect an additional $5.00 charge
to your credit card.
D. Overnight shipments are not available.

Q. WHAT DOES IS COST TO SHIP TO CANADA or the UK?
A. All Canadian and UK orders will be charged an additional $5.00.

Q. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A. E-mail fitnessfavorites@mindspring.com within 24 hours of order
placement. Be sure to include your order number, name, address,
city, state, zip and a reason for cancellation. If you wait more
than 24 hours, your order may already be processed and cannot be
cancelled.

Q. WHAT IF MY ORDER IS BACKORDERED?
Your order will only be charged when it is ready to ship. If for
any reason we cannot ship your order, we will contact you by e-mail.
At your request, we can refund your charge. We will provide an estimated
revised ship date, and if requested, ship your order when product
is in stock.

Q. CAN I RETURN THE WORKOUT?
A. If your DVD is defective, contact use via e-mail at fitnessfavorites@mindspring.com,
and we will immediately ship a replacement.
B. If you would like a refund for other reasons, ask for a RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Your return will not be accepted without this
number clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Returns
must be postmarked within 30-days of the original package postmark.
When we receive your return, your account will be credited with
a full refund, including return postage. Return postage is your
responsibility and is not part of the refund.
8.
Q. CAN I ORDER BY MAIL?
A. Yes. Use the Shopping Cart to calculate the total price of your
order. If possible print the Shopping Cart page with your order.
If you cannot print the Shopping Cart page, copy it in a clear handwriting.
Make sure you include your email and daytime telephone and address.

Orders will be shipped immediately. Check orders will be shipped
after they have been deposited (and cleared) into the Fitness Favorites
account.

Q. CAN I ORDER BY TELEPHONE?
A. Direct telephone orders are not available. Contact us at fitnessnessfavorites@mindspring.com,
include your telephone number, and we will call you and help you
place your order.

Q. HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?
A. You will receive email notification your card has been charged
and accepted.

A. The Fitness Favorites Forum is the best place to ask questions
about your workouts. You will be surprised how motivation from others
